LifeSmartCPR is owned and operated by Rafel Albo, is located in Palm Springs, California, and serves the Coachella Valley. CPR/AED and First Aid training are available to community members and healthcare professionals alike. Emergency Oxygen Administration and Bloodborne Pathogens courses are also available. Instruction includes any combination of teaching methods (DVD, PowerPoint, lectures, and workbooks) with emphasis on hands-on practice using state-of-the-art, high-quality Prestan manikins, and professional AED equipment.

We Come to You

Convenience is important, so LifeSmartCPR training comes to you. LifeSmartCPR serves the Coachella Valley, including Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, Bermuda Dunes, La Quinta, Indio, Desert Hot Springs, and Thousand Palms. Whether your place of business or your home, LifeSmartCPR will set up training to meet your needs. Once training is completed, each participant will receive their official certification card on the same day.

About Your Instructor

Owned and operated by Rafel Albo and located in Palm Springs, California, LifeSmartCPR brings you a man with more than 25 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). Rafel’s work has taken him to state-of-the-art hospitals throughout the world.

Rafel is a member of both the American Heart Association (AHA) and EMS Safety Services Inc. family of instructors.

Rafel will provide you with highly skilled instruction in community CPR/AED, First Aid, Professional CPR/AED, AHA Heartsaver, and AHA BLS Healthcare Provider courses.

The CPR/AED and First Aid training programs utilized by LifeSmartCPR have been reviewed, approved, and meet the guidelines of numerous federal, state, and local agencies, organizations, regulatory bodies, and departments. Training is consistent with the current policies of the:

  • American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC)
  • International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR)
  • International First Aid Science Advisory Board and
  • Meets or exceeds the requirements of the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for workplace responders
